- Add a line item for each product or service — description, quantity, and unit price — the line total and running totals update instantly.
- Set a tax rate and/or discount percentage if they apply, and add any payment terms or notes at the bottom.
- Optionally upload a logo to appear at the top of the invoice.
- Click "Download PDF" to open your browser's print dialog with a clean, invoice-only layout — save it as a PDF or print it directly.
Frequently asked questions
Does this store or send my invoice data anywhere?
No — everything is entered and calculated directly in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server, and nothing is saved once you leave the page.
How do I get a PDF out of it?
Click "Download PDF" — it opens your browser's print dialog with a stripped-down, invoice-only layout. Choose "Save as PDF" as the destination (available in every modern browser) instead of a physical printer.
Can I add as many line items as I need?
Yes — use "+ Add line item" for as many rows as your invoice needs, and remove any you don't.
Does it handle tax and discounts?
Yes — set a tax percentage and/or a discount percentage and the subtotal, discount, tax, and grand total all recalculate automatically as you type.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes — upload an image and it appears at the top of the invoice next to your business details, both in the live preview and the printed/PDF version.
Your files are never uploaded. Gotool.xyz runs entirely as JavaScript in your browser. Your files are processed in memory and never touch a server — nothing to breach, nothing to clean up. Close the tab and it's like it never happened. The only thing we count is which tool ran (just the name, e.g. "merge") so we know what people find useful — never your file, its name, its size, or anything in it.
