- Fill in your name, title, company, and contact details — the card updates live as you type.
- Pick a layout: Classic, Centered, or Bold Sidebar.
- Choose a background color and an accent color — text color switches automatically between black and white for readability against whatever you pick.
- Optionally upload a logo to appear on the card.
- Download the finished card as a high-resolution PNG or JPG, sized for standard 3.5″×2″ business card printing at 300 DPI.
Frequently asked questions
Does this upload my logo or details anywhere?
No — everything is drawn directly onto a canvas in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
What size and resolution is the download?
The PNG/JPG is exported at 1050×600 pixels — a standard 3.5″×2″ business card at 300 DPI, which is print-shop ready.
Can I print this myself or send it to a print shop?
Yes — the downloaded PNG or JPG is high enough resolution for either. Most print shops accept either format directly, or you can place it into a page-layout or word processing document first.
Does the text color automatically adjust to stay readable?
Yes — whichever background and accent colors you choose, the tool automatically picks black or white text over each, based on which is more readable against that specific color.
Which layouts are available?
Classic (accent bar down the left edge, left-aligned text), Centered (everything centered with a divider line), and Bold Sidebar (a solid color block on the left with your name and logo, contact details on the right).
Your files are never uploaded. Gotool.xyz runs entirely as JavaScript in your browser. Your files are processed in memory and never touch a server — nothing to breach, nothing to clean up. Close the tab and it's like it never happened. The only thing we count is which tool ran (just the name, e.g. "merge") so we know what people find useful — never your file, its name, its size, or anything in it.
