Will this change formatting on the pages I keep?

No, it works on PDFs of any length.
Does this work on scanned PDFs?
Yes — removing pages works on the pages themselves, so it doesn't depend on the PDF containing real text.
Can I preview the pages before removing them?
There's no visual page picker yet — enter the page numbers or ranges you want removed as text, and the total page count shown up front helps you double-check.
